Great that you have been approved, here's the run down of what will happen next.
Your card - we send this to your home address within 7 - 10 business days of the date your application was approved. If you requested an additional cardholder when you applied, their card will arrive with yours.
Your PIN - we don't send paper pins out for main cardholders, you can view your PIN in the Virgin Money Credit Card app. If you wish to have a paper pin contact us, to request this.
Additional cardholders can't access the app, so we'll post their PIN directly to them 5 to 7 business days after the application has been approved.
Balance and money transfers - if you requested to transfer a balance from another card or send money to your bank account, this usually takes 2 - 3 business days to transfer the funds from your Virgin Money or Virgin Atlantic Credit Card. In some cases this can take a little longer as we may need to complete necessary additional checks which may increase the time it takes to complete the funds transfer.
Download our app - once you have received your card you can download the app and get registered. Simply head to the App Store or Google Play and search for Virgin Money Credit Card.
