The credit limit provided is based on your personal circumstances. If you wish to appeal the credit limit decision, please contact us within 45 days of opening the account. We will need to know why you wish to appeal, and what additional information you can provide that would support the request for a higher limit.
You can request a credit limit increase once you have had the card for a minimum of 6 months. While you can request an increase, we can't guarantee it will be approved.
