You will need your password to do a balance transfer in the app.
First you’ll need to login to our Mobile App, either using your passcode, touch ID or face ID. If you don’t know your password, you’ll need to log out and then go back to the log in page and select forgot at the bottom left of the screen. (Make sure to cancel any Touch IDs or Face IDs if you have these before logging back in.)
1. Select Payments along the menu at the bottom of the screen
2. Here there are 4 tiles, select the Make a balance transfer tile. Here you can pick the offer you want to accept. There is a little more information on balance transfers available at the bottom of the screen.
3. Next it’s the important info, please read these terms carefully.
By selecting agree, you are agreeing to the terms of the balance transfer.
4. Now you need to enter how much to transfer. If you want to move the entire balance from another provider, you’ll need to know that balance down to the penny.
5. We also need to know the long card number from the front of the card you’re moving the balance from. You can only transfer a balance from a UK credit or store card in your name.
6. You’ll get to review your balance transfer, please check that the details are correct.
7. Then you’re asked to input your password, this would have been something you set up during registration.
It normally takes a few days for the transfer to be complete on both sides, you’ll receive a confirmation email once the balance has been moved over.
