We will not cancel a plan if the transaction is refunded.
If a refunded transaction is part of a grouped instalment plan, we won't cancel the plan. We also won't amend the term length, amend monthly payments or amend any fees of that plan.
In both cases this may mean that you continue to incur instalment fees. If the refund means your instalment plan finishes early, we’ll no longer charge you a monthly fee when the plan gets to £0.
You can either choose to continue to pay off your instalment plan or you can choose to cancel the plan in the Credit Card Mobile app and any outstanding balance will then be moved to your standard credit card balance where it will be subject to interest.
