If your card’s been lost or stolen, it’s important to make sure it can’t be used by someone else. First step is to freeze the card in the app, then contact us as soon as possible.

To freeze your card:
1. Open the app
2. Go to the Card Management page
3. Choose the card you want to freeze, and tap the button below it. Done.

If you find your card before you report it to us, you can follow the same instructions to unfreeze it. It will be ready to use again straight away.
