First you’ll need to login to our Mobile App, then go to the Summary page.
This is where you’ll see your balance, it is also known as ‘Amount you owe’. This includes any spend you’ve made today as well as historic activity. We also present your credit limit and the amount you can use. (The amount you can use is simply your credit limit minus the amount you owe.)
If you have a credit balance, you can withdraw it by using the Money Transfer option in the App. Follow the instructions here.
