You will need your password to do a money transfer in the app.

First you’ll need to login to our Mobile App, either using your passcode, touch ID or face ID. If you don’t know your password, you’ll need to log out and then go back to the log in page and select forgot at the bottom left of the screen. (Make sure to cancel any Touch IDs or Face IDs if you have these before logging back in.)

1. Select Payments along the menu at the bottom of the screen
2. Here there are 4 tiles, select the Make a money transfer tile. Here you can pick the offer you want to accept. There is a little more information on money transfers available at the bottom of the screen.
3. Next it’s the important info, please read these terms carefully.

By selecting agree, you are agreeing to the terms of the money transfer.

4. Now you need to enter how much to transfer, you can transfer up to 95% of your available credit into your account.
5. You now need to enter your sort code and account number of the bank you want to send the money to. You can only transfer to a UK bank account in your name.
6. You’ll get to review your money transfer, please check that the details are correct.
7. Then you’re asked to input your password

The payment normally reaches your account the same day, however it could be the following day.
