You can make a one-off payment via the Virgin Money Credit Card app by choosing ‘Payments’ from the menu, then ‘Pay by debit card’ and following the instructions on screen.
Or you can make a payment over the phone, just contact us to use our telephone banking service or speak to our team.
Please make a payment at least 3 business days before your payment is due. If it's less than 3 business days until your payment is due you will need to make a faster payment by your due date to retain any promotional rates. Your payment will be applied to your account on the next working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, except for bank holidays or public holidays.
