If your Direct Debit is due within 5 days please contact us . The Direct Debit process is likely to have started, which means we have probably already requested the funds from your bank.

Important
-If you cancel your Direct Debit at your bank and you don't tell us, we will still attempt to claim the payment amount due.  Also, if your Direct Debit was due within 5 working days then the process to request the funds from your bank will have already started.
-If the Direct Debit is returned unpaid due to Virgin Money no longer having permission to take the funds (this happens when a Direct Debit is cancelled at a bank only, and Virgin Money is unaware of the cancellation) a returned or unpaid item fee may be charged. You may also lose any promotional rates.
-If a manual payment was made to cover the minimum amount required on or before the payment due date,  you will not incur a late payment fee.
