First you’ll need to login to our Mobile App.
You can set up a Direct Debit by selecting Payments in the menu at the bottom if the screen and then clicking on manage regular payments.
To make a payment:
1. Select make a one-off payment and choose the payment amount:
- Minimum payment due
- Statement balance due
- Other amount (please input the amount without decimal places, we do that bit for you)
2. Now you need to enter your details on the screen
3. Press confirm, and you’ll be presented with a summary screen of your payment
You can also view the Faster Payment details if you wanted to make a payment from your Current Account (this may be better if you’re due date falls on a weekend or you’re making a payment on your due date)
Your account should be updated within 20 minutes showing the payment, and your balance and amount available to spend will be updated accordingly.
