New accounts are automatically set up to receive electronic statements, which you can view and download in our Credit Card app. We send an email every month to let you know when your statement is ready to view.
If you don't use our app and would like to receive paper statements you can update your statement preferences by completing our online form.
For statements in Braille, large print or audio format please contact us.
