The Virgin Money Credit Card app is the quickest and easiest way to activate your card.
- To check if your card is active, go to the summary screen in the app.
- There will be an option to activate your card here if your card is not yet active.
- If there is no option to activate, check the 'Card' screen.
- 'Yes' will appear next to 'Card active' if your card is already active and ready to use.

If you dont use our app or you're an additional cardholder. You can activate your credit card yourself using our telephone banking service, which is available 24/7. Have your card handy when you call and just follow the self service instructions.
