If the One Time Passcode (OTP) is not accepted, please check:
• You’ve entered your card details correctly, including your expiry date and the three digits on the back of your card. Once you’ve done that, request another OTP.
• You’ve entered the OTP correctly, adding all six digits. If you’re still having trouble, request a new passcode and try again.
• Your mobile phone signal is not strong enough. A low signal can mean the OTP is not being recognised.
• Check your internet connection either on wifi or 4G.
