If you don't see any Virgin Points being earned when using your Virgin Atlantic Credit Card, there are a few things you should check:
- Has your statement been issued? - there won't be any Virgin Points added to your Flying Club account from your credit card purchases until 5 days after your statement is available to view. Check out our guide.
- Do your transactions qualify for Virgin Points? - any fees, balance transfers, money transfers or cash transactions including withdrawing cash from an ATM, will not generate Virgin Points.
- Have you had a refund recently? - when you receive a refund, the Virgin Points you earned for that amount will remain in your Flying Club balance. This means that your points balance will not increase until you have spent enough to earn the Virgin Points received for the refunded transaction. To see a refund example, check out our guide.
- Have you reached your Virgin Points cap? - there’s a cap on the Virgin Points you can earn each month based on your credit limit. For more on the Virgin Points cap, check out our guide.
