The new features for Additional cardholders will be available after 14th February 2022. 

These include:
• Making a Balance Transfer 
• Making a Money Transfer 
• Making a Debit card payment to your credit card
• Requesting a replacement card 
• Requesting a new PIN 
• Contributing to cashback earned on the account (
If the Primary cardholder has registered for cashback in the app
• Updating their email address
• Discussing the account and any balance queries
• Discussing any transactions on the account
• Cancelling any recurring transactions
• Requesting a credit balance refund 
• Making a complaint
• Receiving a One Time Passcode to the registered mobile (
if we hold it on file)

Additional cardholders won’t be able to download and register for the Virgin Money Credit Card app, only the primary cardholder can do that. These new features are only available by telephone to Additional Cardholders, so they would need to call us on 0000 000 0000 to do any of the above. We will need to take them through our standard security checks before we can process their request.
